Does WatchFlow integrate with Chrono24?

Where WatchFlow actually distributes your listings

Chrono24 is the marketplace most pre-owned dealers think of first, so it is a fair question to ask before committing to any tool. The honest answer is that WatchFlow has no live Chrono24 connector. Nothing in the platform pushes a listing to Chrono24, pulls its orders back, or keeps its stock levels in sync. If Chrono24 is central to how you sell, you will keep managing that channel directly for now.

What WatchFlow does instead is lean into the channels where a lot of trade actually happens: private chat apps. From an inventory record you can post one listing to WhatsApp and Telegram at the same time, without copy-pasting captions or re-uploading the same photos into each app. That is the live distribution feature today, and it is deliberately different from a marketplace connector. Why there is no Chrono24 integration yet

Marketplace integrations are not a checkbox. A real Chrono24 connector has to map your fields to theirs, handle their listing rules, sync availability in both directions, and stay current as their API changes. Doing that badly is worse than not doing it at all, because a half-working sync is how a watch gets sold twice. Rather than ship a fragile connector, WatchFlow keeps its promises narrow and honest.

The roadmap that is public covers Shopify, Instagram, and Facebook, all listed as coming soon rather than available. Chrono24 and eBay are not on that announced list. How dealers handle Chrono24 alongside WatchFlow

Plenty of dealers run WatchFlow as their back office and Chrono24 as one of several sales fronts. In practice that looks like this:

• Keep your single source of truth in WatchFlow inventory, with cost, condition, and ownership type recorded once.
• List to Chrono24 directly, or through a dedicated cross-listing tool if you sell across several marketplaces.
• When a piece sells anywhere, mark it sold in WatchFlow and pull it from every channel promptly so it does not resurface.
• Use WatchFlow's WhatsApp and Telegram posting for the fast, relationship-driven side of the trade.
